  • Proactively approach your existing network, find and connect with new potential clients to generate leads
  • Develop business proposals and strategies based on the clients’ requirements and business challenges 
  • Perform proactive in sales process: lead generation, credential pitch, solution pitch, negotiation.
  • Identify opportunities for campaign, selling events program, services, sponsorship, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Assessing the data gathered under the review process to establish recommendations for change to improve business performance.
  • Identifying actions required as a result of review and analysis to improve business performance.
  • Conducting market research for competitor quality and price.
  • Set sales targets and define strategy to achieve these targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies for new products and services.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Female, max. 28 years old
  • Bachelor degree preferably in Business/Management/Public Relations
  • 3-5 years’ experience on related field, preferable have experience in advertising agency/digital agency/digital company
  • At least 2 year(s) of working in the same company
  • Knowledge and hands on experience on Sales Planning, Prospecting Skill, Negotiation & Closing Skills, Management and Market Knowledge
  • Online and offline savvy, has deep interest in digital
  • Strong analytical thingking, able to work in a team as well as individuality
  • Should be highly motivated and target oriented
  • Proficient in English, both of oral and written
  • Willing to work under one of PT. Aprilis subsidiaries

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Videographer responsible to tests all equipment to determine technical quality of recording, audio and lighting apparatus prior to operation in the field.
  • Coordinate and participate in a variety of complex, technical tasks related to the operation of video and equipment. Videoapps program material for production using video camera equipment; makes technical decisions regarding such elements as appropriate lighting, shooting angle and placement and type of microphone; receives explicit instructions regarding assignment. The role harder edits and assembles final visual/audio program material; ensures concistency and relevancy to production; monitors technical quality of end product.
  • Coordinate and participate in a variety of complex, technical tasks related to the operation of video and equipment.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT

  • A minimum of 1 year experience working on camera/ editing software
  • Must be familiar in video editing software (Sony Vegas, Premiere, FCP)
  • Must be comfortable using a DSLR camera
  • Must be able to shoot and edit video with confidence quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to use After Effects combined with Final Cut and Soundtrack to create engaging video on a large scale
  • Experience with setting up lighting in a studio environment a plus.

Video editors collect video footage, view it numerous times, and then edit it to meet specific content and time guidelines. He or she carries out this process by utilizing various forms of editing software. Video editors may also be responsible for producing or directing, managing camera staff, and overseeing final production.
